About Our Founder, Craig Shavid
Many of our clients share similar experiences, as I too found myself struggling with weight gain and uncertainty about how to address it. In my case, I had accumulated 32 pounds, a change that influenced far more than just the fit of my clothing. I suffered from frequent headaches and migraines, experienced persistent fatigue, and developed anxiety that permeated all aspects of my life. I had lost touch with the feeling of being my true self.
I have worked with overweight clients who struggle every day with their weight, so I understand how difficult it can be to lose weight. I also understand that being overweight is not just about the food.
After completing years of research I have learned that so many people go about losing weight the hard way but it doesn’t have to be that way!
Again, weight loss doesn’t have to be hard, but it does require commitment. If you’re prepared to commit to your weight loss goal, then you will achieve your weight loss goal in much less time than you ever thought possible!
